Look what I did! Earlier this week I felt like experimenting a little and I made some stitch markers. I’ve made and sold simple stitch markers on ebay for years. And I’ve made and sold wine glass charms for years. Given I assemble both of them in the same place it was only a matter of time before they collided and made something really great. Sort of like the old Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups commercials – hey your peanut butter is on my chocolate, hey your chocolate is in my peanut butter. But I’m getting off track. I’m very proud of them, so without further ado – Stitch markers!
For this set I used charms that were intended to be wine charms with Swarovski crystals on 12mm rings. I think the rings might be too big so I might switch them for a small set.
Frogs! I was thinking using frog stitch markers is sort of a protection against having to frog your project right? The beads are plastic not glass so not very heavy. Given the size of the charms and the beads, these will definitely go on 12mm rings.
The mess that is my work space.
Yeah the whole thing looks like that. It’s organized chaos I swear!
